No Way Out

Theater group brings mysterious play "No Way Out" to the stage in its entirety for the first time

Moosach - Now in its third year under the direction of actor and director Sven Hussock, the theater group of the Moosach cultural association Die LINIE 1 e.V. is presenting a new stage project at the Pelkovenschlössl. From Friday to Sunday, April 17 to 19, the dedicated group will present the play "No Way Out " - a work that has never been performed in its entirety before.

Following the great success of "Gretchen 89ff" in April 2025, the ensemble has dared to put on a special play this time. "No Way Out", written by Alexander Liegl, Gabriele Rothmüller and the mysterious author J.T.R., is entwined with an unusual story: previous productions have been overshadowed by mysterious incidents and unexplained deaths. Some even claim that the play is under a curse.

Director Sven Hussock takes these legends with humor - and a dose of sporting ambition:
"If a play supposedly can't be performed to the end, then of course that's a challenge for us. We want to show that Moosach is not so easy to shake - neither on stage nor backstage."

But even the rehearsals at the Pelkovenschlössl were not just pure fiction: actors suddenly disappear, a human finger appears, bloodstained clothing causes unrest and harmless props turn into dangerous objects. Despite all the adversity, the passionate amateur actors and actresses are not discouraged. With humor, chaos and a lot of heart, they fight their way through the growing confusion - until they too can no longer ignore the threat.
