New name, new language, new energy - but the same passion! After 24 years as Tequila & the Sunrise Gang, the seven guys from Kiel are opening a new chapter in 2025: From now on they are ON! and they present their new musical direction in punk/rock/indie with German lyrics. However, their distinctive songwriting, melodies and irrepressible energy remain completely unchanged.

With their first single "Alles auf Neu", which will be released on April 10, 2025, ON! give an impressive foretaste of what is to come in the course of the year. Their new style strolls unrestrictedly through many genres and captivates with honest and direct lyrics - a fresh sound that sounds both familiar and excitingly new.

But don't worry: ON! remain true to their roots. The old songs such as "My Dear My Darling", "Campfire Light" and "Keep Me Arrested" are still part of the live set and celebrate the band's history to date.

After an intensive festival summer in 2025, the big "Alles auf Neu" tour will start in spring 2026 as a headliner throughout Germany.

ON! is more than just a new name - it's an announcement. It goes on, it goes ahead. We are ON now!

Kann Karate have been playing somewhere between post-punk and indie rock since 2015 - between the last unanswered questions and the idea that everyone should sing and dance along at their concerts. The EPs "Ecke Revaler" and "Donner Doria", plus singles like "bln" or "2007": raw, honest, sometimes hurt, sometimes angry - but always loud.

2025 is not a new beginning - rather a new chapter.
Eric (vocals) and Daniel (guitar) have stayed, Dan (bass) and Andreas (drums) have joined. Both have been on stage with the band before - it doesn't feel new, it feels right.

With their current singles "Liebe", "Bitte", "Walter" and "Kapstadt", they show where the journey is heading: they are no longer holding back. The four of them have grown - and you can hear and feel that immediately.

They have long since proven themselves live - including at the Feel Festival, Watt en Schlick, Sound of the Forest and many other festivals and club shows.
They are probably one of the loudest bands ever to be heard on ZDF Morgenmagazin. After that, everyone was awake. And on TikTok they are now regarded as one of the most active and consistent bands in the German-speaking world.

2025 is not getting any quieter.
Kann Karate are back: more honest, more in love, more vulnerable - and more beautiful than ever.
