Opekta was an important company in the food industry in the 1930s.
Company founder Robert Feix was affected by "Aryanization". The company continued
continued to operate during the 2nd World War.
An exhibition commemorates Robert Feix and the people who had to work here
- through documents, photos and files that make the stages of their lives visible.
Residents, the artists' association Royal Family & Designlabor and Zug um
Zug e. V. open the doors and tell the story of the house.
The event is taking place as part of Denk Mal Am Ort Köln 2026.
