Italy in the 1980s: the strange Brit Arthur is the diviner of a wild troupe that searches Etruscan tombs for ancient treasures: Grave goods of immeasurable value, made for the souls of the deceased, not for the eyes of men. But Arthur is not chasing the chimera of easy money. His chimera looks like the woman he has lost, Beniamina. To find her, he challenges the boundaries between dream and reality in search of the gateway to the afterlife that the myths tell of.

Summer is coming to an end, the days are getting shorter again. Perfect conditions for open-air cinema. This year, for the third time in a row, it is taking place in Volkhoven/Weiler. Together with cooperation partners from the north of Cologne, Filmhaus Köln is showing two films in the open air on the grounds of the Simultanhalle this year. Active members of the Simultanhalle support association and young people from the Krebelshof youth center met in advance to select the films.
