In this workshop we encounter the body as a stage: as a surface for expressing what lives inside us - raw, honest, immediate.
You are invited to embark on a body-based journey of exploration:
- into your authentic movement
- into your perception and presence
- into the connection to yourself and to others
- into the play with contact, boundaries and expression
