Poetry Slam Meisterschaft - Halbfinale 1

The U20 national poetry slam championship comes to Aachen on May 30 & 31, 2026!

The live literature format "Poetry Slam" stands for funny stories, fast-paced poetry, political wit, emotional stories or all of the above. Performers compete against each other with self-written texts in a time limit of six minutes. The audience votes and decides who wins and who loses.

On May 30, 2026, the best young poets from all over NRW will be invited to the Grenzlandtheater. In two semi-finals, the audience will decide who goes through to the final of the state championships in the U20 category. This will take place on May 31, 2026 in Theater Aachen.
