In this intensive session, we combine the dynamic breathing practice of Psychedelic Breath®️ with the spherical sounds of crystal singing bowls.

In several rounds, we will go through a powerful breathing practice that can lead you into extraordinary states of consciousness and is accompanied by electronic music.

The breathing practice will be framed by the magical sounds and vibrations of the Alchemy Crystal Bowls, which will ground and relax you before and after the breathing session.

The combination of these two techniques can bring you into a deep meditative state by altering your brain waves. It can also release physical, mental and emotional blockages.

Each session has a specific theme that can support you in your spiritual growth and current processes.
