Psychische Erste-Hilfe-Kurs für Laien

In this internationally recognized 12-hour course, you will learn how to recognize mental health problems and crises in loved ones, approach those affected and offer them support.

What you can expect:

Theoretical knowledge about various mental illnesses is illustrated with practical examples from my work with those affected. Through practical exercises and recommendations for action, you will develop skills in dealing with people with mental health problems and learn how to conduct conversations as a first aider and build bridges to professional helpers.
You will receive a detailed handbook and a workbook with exercises to accompany the course. After successfully completing the course, you will receive a certificate, e.g. for your employer.

1st session: March 14 & 21 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (at VILLA Leipzig)

2nd round: 15.04., 22.04., 29.04., 06.05. from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. (location to be announced)

Lecturer: M.Sc. psychologist, instructor MHFA, trainer for stress management & non-violent communication, course leader for improvisational theater & trainer in adult education

A little tip: These courses are now part of many renowned companies and are attracting more and more positive attention. You can tell your employer about it. Many of my participants come as pilot participants. Of course, the employer pays for this too!
