Part 3 of Cycle 4 Life: Earth Water Fire Air

The world is on fire - politically, economically, ecologically: economic crises, the dismantling of democracy, wars, climate catastrophes: A global conflagration - while one source of fire is extinguished, ten more ignite like the head of Medusa.
After LE CRI and LIQUID (Kurt Hackenberg Prize for Political Theater 2024), the WEHR51 is igniting the third part of its artistic sustainability cycle with PYROFEMS. This time, the element of fire takes center stage - as a primal force between passion and vulnerability, negotiated by three strong women.
With humor, anger and poetic force, WEHR51 unfolds a theatrical collage in the fictitious backstage of a world climate conference with PYROFEMS. A blazing evening between performance, discourse and non-patriarchal structures.
