Rhythmic music as a work of numbers and counting, as a sensual individual experience and synchronizing communal experience, decisively determines the artistic work of Max Eilbacher (born 1991 in Baltimore, USA, lives in Berlin). Parallel to his position as bassist and electronic musician in the avant-rock quartet Horse Lords (since 2010), Eilbacher has repeatedly succeeded in releasing electronic solo works of strong intensity, including compositions such as the touching INA-GRM commissioned work "Metabolist Meter" (2020) or most recently his wonderfully light album "7 Runs" (2025). Max Eilbacher will present his new stereophonic composition "Études for Counting" in St. Peter's.

Friday Dunard is the artistic pseudonym under which freelance music journalist and audio essayist Friedemann Dupelius (*1987, lives in Cologne) publishes experimental electronic music and performs live. His album "Rhenus Aeternus" (Magazine, 2023) caused a sensation in that Dupelius combined creative and compositional techniques of experimental contemporary music with the sound language of the formative dance music of his youth, namely the euphoric peak-time trance music of the 90s. Dupelius plans to take up this creative principle again for his live-electronic set of new pieces in Sankt Peter.
