Residenz: Tanz mit Parkinson mit Shibui Collective

Dance with Parkinson's // Open dance workshop with the Shibui Collective, followed by a film & discussion

As part of the 3 TAGE FREI festival, the Shibui Collective is opening its "Dance with Parkinson's" workshop to people with Parkinson's, their relatives, professional dancers of all genres and anyone else who is interested. The open workshop invites participants to experience dance as a social practice and to make physical diversity visible as a creative resource.

The work is based on improvisation, body sensitization and open movement tasks. The aim is to create an accessible structure that enables active participation - beyond therapy, performance logic or the reproduction of professional dance forms. Movement is personal, situational and authentic.
