Samhain, the festival of the ancestors, is the gateway to the dark season.

Seminar description

The golden colors of autumn slowly give way to the wintry clarity of bare branches. The time of retreat into our own soul world begins and we increasingly listen to those who have gone before us. The connection to our ancestors is clearly noticeable in the time around Samhain and we usually find it easier to make contact. What can we learn from our ancestors? Where do they support us in everyday life? Do we even need this support?

In gentle yin yoga poses, we begin to listen within and become aware of our own needs. Guided by our breathing, we slowly let go of everyday life. A guided shamanic drum journey invites us to consciously feel the connection to our ancestors and finally cross the threshold into the spiritual world in a joint ritual.

There will be plenty of time for questions and discussion. No previous knowledge or experience is required. Please bring something to write with and comfortable, warm clothing.
