Autumn invites us to go deeper into ourselves. In this special time of change, we can let go of the old to create space for what nourishes us.

In this ritual, embodiment practices gently guide you into your body, into your roots, into the earth. You remember who you are - beyond roles and everyday life.

In the second part, you will receive a sound journey from Timo & Noëlle Sol: sensual sounds that carry you, hold you and take you on a journey.

What is embodiment?

Embodiment means "embodiment". It's about learning to feel your body again and really perceiving which feelings and sensations are present in you at any given moment. In an embodiment session, you have a space to express your feelings free from norms and expectations through movement, touch, sound and breathing. You will be accompanied by music and guided throughout.

What is a Sound Journey?

A Sound Journey is a sound experience that brings peace to body and mind.
The vibrations of instruments and live singing create a meditative space in which relaxation, regeneration and integration of the previous embodiment session are possible.

Who will accompany you?

The event will be led by Pia, Timo and Noëlle. Timo is a passionate musician, Noëlle Sol is a trained breathing, speech and voice teacher & stage artist. She loves to use her own voice as a creative self-expression. Together they create magical sound journeys with live vocals.

Pia Josefine is an embodiment coach & opens up spaces in which body, relationship and sensuality can be felt & experienced.
