The soul behind the course
This series is Susanne's heartfelt project. She has been teaching yoga and mindfulness for over 20 years - and next year she will be 60.
In recent years, she has worked intensively with traditional and modern approaches - from mobility and stress regulation to everyday routines that make a difference in the long term.
Longevity is therefore not a trend for her, but a genuine, personal question:
How do we stay not just active, but really well at home within ourselves?
