Have you heard of Schirrmann's? You'll find this extraordinary Bremen restaurant in Bremen Youth Hostel - in a prime location on the Weser and in the heart of the city. This is where the world meets! This also applies from a culinary point of view: the kitchen serves you an exciting crossover of "international" and "regional". Be sure to try it out!

The name says it all!

You can only take your hat off to singer Doro's powerful yet touching voice. Roman provides the necessary drive and the right beat with his cajòn and percussion, giving the music that certain something. They are accompanied by bandleader Michael, who completes the musical framework with his second voice and guitar.

The trio from Bremen and the surrounding area, which has been known for over 10 years, arranges well-known and surprisingly new songs from different decades in a characteristic, rousing way, drawing on German, English-speaking countries as well as the French and Croatian musical landscape.

The audience finds itself again, every time. Whether wedding or street party, hotel or company party, vernissage or pub, with their versatile repertoire, the three succeed in giving every occasion the perfect musical touch and giving people a special moment.

Since 2026, we have been offering you a special opportunity every second Sunday: at "Schirrmann's Weserblick & Musik".
