We are showing the exhibition "SCHLAFLOS" at the Kulturzentrum Pavillion Hannover.

The war of aggression in Ukraine has long been more than just a nightmare for the people there. The poster exhibition "Sleepless" by the Heinrich Böll Foundation, Kyiv office, shows experiences and direct impressions of this war, which has been going on since February 24, 2022. The series of drawings shows the simultaneity and excess of the most diverse war experiences and experiences. In the visual rendering of the authors of this series, the pictorial testimonies - including media images that are already imprinted in the collective memory or small episodes from everyday life - are transformed into a collage of a new reality of war that is unstable and devastating. And which absolutely must be reflected upon and commented on. The works were created during the ongoing war. They are intended to capture memories and experiences so that they are not lost while the relentlessly destructive war machine continues to accelerate events. In their intensity, these images immediately speak to the viewer and build communication channels of solidarity.

Українсь ілюстрації війну

Агресивна війна в Україні вже давно стала для її мешканців чимось більшим, ніж просто нічним жахітттям. Виставка плакатів "Без сну" київського представництва Фонду ім. Гайнріха Бьолля показує переживання та безпосередні враження від цієї тривалої війни з 24 лютого 2022 року. Серія малюнків показує одночасність і пересиченість найрізноманітніших воєнних випробувань і пережитого досвіду.

У візуальній обробці авторів цієї серії наочне свідчення - також медійні образи, оскільки вони вже закарбовані в колективній пам'яті, або маленькі епізоди з повсякденного житття - трансформуються в колаж нової реальності війни, яка є мінливою і руйнівною. І неодмінно потребує рефлексії та обговорення. Робботи були створені під час війни. Вони покликані зафіксувати спогади та досвід, щоб не втратити їх, поки невблаганна руйнівна машина війни продовжує прискорювати події. Своєю інтенсивністю ці образи одразу промовляють до глядача: проникають всередину і вибудовують лінії зв'язку солідарності.
