Forest yoga offers you the opportunity to harmonize body, mind and nature. Surrounded by trees, you can experience the healing effects of the forest with all your senses and use them for your yoga practice.
These natural influences enrich your yoga practice, which you would otherwise do indoors. The special atmosphere of the forest enhances the effect of the exercises, gives you energy and vitality and lets you feel a deep connection with nature. Forest yoga strengthens your inner balance, reduces stress and promotes balance - as well as the coordination of breathing and movement. It strengthens muscles and joints, trains mindfulness and subtle perception.

Forest yoga is suitable for anyone who enjoys exercise in nature and can move safely on forest paths. It is suitable for all ages and offers a soothing experience.
