True to the motto "Just do it", four boys fulfill a dream - to sail around the world after school! But not by jogging along the roads in a van or simply backpacking. They want to go sailing! Tim, Vince, Michi and Tom from Bad Tölz in the Bavarian Oberland are embarking on the adventure of a lifetime without any sailing experience. They want to cross oceans, enjoy life and simply dare to do something. Full of naivety, with little money but enormous willpower and unbelievable basic trust: "It'll work out." So: get a job, buy a boat and just set off...

From the Baltic Sea and the North Sea to the Atlantic, Caribbean, on to the Pacific and the South Seas, via Asia to the Indian Ocean and through the Red Sea back to Europe - the route is roughly fixed, no more plan is needed. Because the real goal is the journey itself:

"To have the sea from life, freedom, friendship, a spirit of discovery, self-discovery, growing up without all the social pressure". The likeable boys from the depths of Bavaria set sail to conquer the world's oceans and find themselves along the way.
