Accident, illness or old age can mean that you are temporarily or permanently no longer able to manage your own affairs. Only with the help of a health care proxy and care directive is it possible to personally select a caregiver and express your own will. During the seminar, you will learn what the power of attorney and advance care directive mean and how they relate to the living will. Afterwards, you will have the opportunity to fill out the forms with someone else so that you will have made provisions by the end of the event.
