Would you like more creativity in your life? Time for yourself? The space to reflect on your wishes and needs?

Then join the Self-Care Writers!

The Self-Care Writers is mindful, creative writing in a group. A bit like journaling, only with concrete impulses. Together we look inside ourselves and at the world and adopt new perspectives. We alternate between writing and sharing phases; after each impulse there is the opportunity to share what we have written. It's not about "right" or "wrong", but about the joy of creative expression and self-exploration.

Important: The group size is limited to six people - so the atmosphere is intimate and personal and you definitely get enough space for yourself and your impulses. In addition, each session is clearly and individually designed and focused on a specific topic. This means that after the two hours you go home with a much clearer relationship with yourself and your thoughts and feelings. At the same time, you will have entered into an exchange with other people and connected with them.

In keeping with the end of the year, we will look back on the past year together on December 29 . What challenges have I overcome? What am I proud of? Where have I developed further, where can I allow myself more breaks and gentleness? Let's capture the year together in creative words.
