The SHINY STOCKINGS BIG BAND is finally celebrating another night of dancing in the tradition of New York's legendary Savoy Ballroom. "Home of Happy Feet" was what guests called this dance hall from the 1930s to the 1950s: every weekend, the best jazz bands, the most innovative dancers and thousands who simply wanted to bring a little joy into everyday life in style would meet here.

We are continuing this tradition with SHINY'S BALLROOM: With swing dance taster classes and selected live music. Accompanied by the amusing and witty presenter Thomas Hennemann, the ballroom becomes an evening among friends, full of enthusiasm and rousing joie de vivre.
