Silent Disco • Open Air Edition

On Saturday, August 1, 2026, Kulturhaus Schwanen invites you to the second Silent Disco Open Air Edition on Schwaneninsel in Waiblingen from 8 pm. The party lasts until 11 pm in front of the open-air stage and in the beer garden - with wireless headphones, four selectable channels and different sounds for a summer evening in the open air.

There are four channels to choose from on the headphones: DJ Andy plays 70s and 80s hits, DJ The Man From California, resident of the Vor12Club, brings a best-of of 2000s hip-hop, pop, dancehall and indie. DJ Nazım Sabuncu contributes his "Anatolian Retro Mixtape": Anatolian sounds from the 1960s and 1970s, mixed with funk, rock and a touch of electro. The evening will be complemented by a live jukebox where the audience can request songs on the spot.

The principle is simple: put on your headphones, select a channel, adjust the volume yourself and dance. Each color stands for a different sound, so that you can see who is currently on which musical track. Headphones off means pause, headphones on means party on. This is how 70s and 80s, 2000s flashbacks, anatolian retro grooves and spontaneous favorite songs come together on a dance floor.

And this is how it works:
At the Box Office, all guests will receive headphones for a deposit of 10 euros and admission. You cannot use your own headphones. Admission is based on the principle of solidarity: 5 / 10 / 15 euros, depending on your own means. The headphone deposit must be paid in cash on site.

Whether long-time DJ Andy dancers, pre-12Club audience, friends of Anatolian grooves or people who simply want to experience a special summer evening: The Silent Disco Open Air Edition brings together different sounds and scenes.
