On Friday, April 24th, we invite you to a very special journey at FRAU BLUM. Today's "Flower-Power Blooming Edition" is all about strengthening your inner power and celebrating life together with other women. Together with Doris from The Door is Yoga, we will create a space in which you can be sensual, wild, gentle and vulnerable at the same time.

Why you should be there: We often lose touch with our own dreams and energy in everyday life. On this evening, you can shed old baggage and make space for something new. We combine yoga, dance and deep rituals to get your life energy flowing again and to fully develop your potential.

What you can expect:

• ✨ Letting go & manifesting: With a fire ritual, we say goodbye to what no longer takes you forward. In a subsequent vision journey, we will manifest your new dreams and wishes.

• ✨ Enjoy sensuality: We celebrate a ceremony with blue lotus tea that gently guides you into your sensuality.

• Embodiment & Movement: We connect body, mind and soul through dance therapy embodiment, yoga and a sharing circle. Melodic-electronic sounds accompany you to feel completely free and detached.

• ✨ Empowerment: We work on "turning shadow into gold". We use safe space methods and creative approaches to strengthen your connection to your inner source.

Doris, The Door is Yoga, will guide you through this special evening. She has been a passionate yoga teacher and expert in empowerment and dance therapy for over 10 years. Doris brings her valuable experiences from the most powerful places in the world - from Bali to Mexico to Thailand - directly to us in Stuttgart. With her empathetic nature, she creates a space in which you can safely let go and rediscover yourself.
