In the organizer's words:

SOMATICS meets ART is...

A space for anyone with a creative streak to find their way back to themselves and their inner source of creativity.

I will guide you through a series of physical exercises that will help you to leave the stress of everyday life behind, find your way back into your body and be present. From this state of connection with yourself and your inner creativity, you have the space to either create in your own medium or follow my prompts as inspiration.

This space is created for non-judgmental being and creating as an expression of your being in relationship to yourself and this world. We will end the evening with an optional reflection session for mutual inspiration and as a way to process the evening more deeply.

The space is meant to be a get together of all artistic souls. It's about focusing on the fun of creation and sharing experiences.

Do you want to get to know yourself in a deeper and new way through the medium of bodywork?

Do you want to take the space to go deeper into your creative process and shed new light on it?

Do you want to get to know other people who are on the same path as you?

That's great - because that's what SOMATICS meets ART is all about.

A few words about me: I am Simone, a nervous system and trauma coach and creative soul. Creative expression, especially painting, has been extremely important to me since childhood. I lost access to this important part of my being due to traumatic experiences in my youth. The return to myself through body-based trauma work was the return to my creativity. I am passionate about bringing people back to their true core and look forward to creating this space and coming together with other creative people.

If you don't have materials at home, let me know and I can provide paints/paper/canvas for a small fee.
