In the organizer's words:

A comedy about the theater that the audience doesn't experience - that is, the private and behind-the-scenes theater that theater people would never call theater. Unless, that is, they're as divided as Willie and Al, The Sonny Boys, two internationally renowned comedians from the golden era of New York vaudeville theater.
Because such a life for the stage with its endless repetitions also leaves traces, even scars. After more than 40 years, they reeled off their acts, worn out and exhausted, rather than enjoying them ... until Al pulled the ripcord one evening after the performance and said goodbye to show business - an involuntary end to Willie's career, who has been trying to survive as a freelance actor in New York ever since, while Al tries to make ends meet in the country with his relatives.

Our story begins when "television" - remembering its former favorites - invites the duo back on stage.
What has the separation done to them? Will they manage to get back together for old times' sake or for whatever? Managers, assistants, directors, relatives try to mediate, save, help ... all on the brink of despair, where the two veterans balance around searching, fleeing and chasing each other.
