Dive down and dive deep when AHNENARBEIT meets BREATHWORK!

On September 21, 2025, Isabel (Ressource - Isabel Ahrens) and Sabrina (The Impact Studio®) will open the doors for a very special event, SoulROOTS x BREATH. We will come together to connect with our ancestors and our breath in order to face and release certain issues in depth.

WHAT IS ANCESTOR WORK?

Ancestor work offers the opportunity to mitigate and resolve transgenerational traumas that have been passed on to you. Through transformation, you experience your ancestors more and more as an empowering resource.

In our workshop, Isabel will guide you to find what you want to let go of professionally, privately, physically or psychologically. We will make our way to the origin of your ancestral lineage, where the issue began and can now be transformed. The ancestral journey is accompanied by drumming, which allows you to relax deeply. All you need is to allow and feel, your body carries all the wisdom for this. No special knowledge or family tree about your ancestors is necessary.

As an ECHO Method© practitioner, Isabel will guide you through the process of transformation, giving you the opportunity to let go of what is not yours and make space for something new.

WHAT IS CONSCIOUS BREATHWORK?

CONSCIOUS BREATHWORK offers you the opportunity to enter a space through your breath in order to perceive, feel, process and finally let go. A space in which visions sharpen and new doors open. A space in which you feel that you can hold yourself at all times through your breath - and your body intelligence.

As a trained breath therapist, I use so-called free conscious intuitive breathing , which means that YOU decide in the session how deep you want to go: We don't follow a specific breathing technique, it's about you using your breath as a tool at your pace and rhythm to look deeper, relax, let go. The more powerful, deeper and faster you breathe, the more doors will open - I promise!
