The magic of gong sounds awaits you in bundled form: several gongs merge sound and intention and let you immerse yourself. A unique opportunity, because while sound baths with singing bowls or gongs and other instruments can now be found regularly in most cities, multigong events are still the exception. Let yourself be enchanted and carried away by the universal, meditative soundscape and an unforgettable, harmonizing experience with profound relaxation.

Admission from 5.30 pm / start 6.00 pm on the dot (after this time, admission is no longer possible for organizational reasons)
If you have to leave the room during the 120-minute session, it is not possible to re-enter out of respect for the other people who are relaxing.

What you can expect:

- Several gongs and gong players: Each gong has its own timbre and frequency, which together create a diverse acoustic landscape

- Deep relaxation: Let yourself be carried away by the vibrations and experience deep relaxation that reduces stress and promotes inner peace and balance of body, mind and soul

Who is the gong bath suitable for?

The gong bath is open to everyone, regardless of previous experience. It is an ideal opportunity for people who are looking for relaxation, want to reduce stress or are simply curious about a unique sound meditation.

What to bring:

Please bring a mat, blanket and thick socks to make yourself comfortable lying on the floor. Comfortable clothing is recommended. You decide whether you enjoy the gong bath sitting or lying down.

Registration:

Places are limited, there will be no Box Office, so early registration is advisable. Enjoy a journey to inner stillness and serenity!

Arrival:

It is strongly recommended to plan enough time for parking (parking situation very difficult, as residential area or time restrictions on supermarket parking lots, possibly parking garage ampido, must be booked in advance via app or Park One underground car park), better to travel by public transport (stop Hoffeldstr.). For organizational reasons, admission to the event is no longer possible after 6 pm.
