💫 Procedure & highlights

The focus is on 90 minutes of Sound Bath - pure sound, a deep sound journey with crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong and other instruments, whose vibrations gently carry you and accompany your nervous system into a state of deep relaxation.

The sounds not only affect your hearing, but your whole body - they touch your cells, your inner landscape and invite you to let go completely.

Around this sound journey, we consciously keep 30 minutes of space to arrive, reflect and integrate together.

Time to slowly land in space, leave everyday life behind you and gently return after the sound bath.

At the end, you can also write a loving postcard to your own femininity - a few words of gratitude, remembrance or appreciation to yourself.
