Speak & Listen is a moderated dialog format that offers space to express your thoughts and opinions on a topic - without interruption and evaluation. You don't have to be an expert on the topic: it's about your point of view, your feelings. What is going well? What is missing? What do you wish for? How do the others see it? The exchange takes place in small groups, because this is how real encounters are created.
