After a strong start, it's time for the next round: our oyster stand-up is back - bringing you the best of the sea straight into your glass (and onto your plate).

You can expect a relaxed tasting vibe with oyster sommelier Peter, who will not only serve you top quality, but also tell you all about the delicacy.

We will also open three champagnes that are a perfect match:

• Chapuy Tradition - classic & balanced
• Lallement Blanc de Blancs - citrusy & mineral
• Brocard Tradition - a little more unusual, with a nutty note
