20 years of Steaming Satellites!

Since their debut album Neurotic Handshake at the Local Clown Party (2006), the Steaming Satellites have been on tour throughout Europe and the USA. As a support act for bands such as Portugal. The Man, Alt-J, The White Lies and many more, they have already been able to inspire a large audience and found international acclaim.

Their unmistakably emotionally charged sound and ecstatic live performances leave no one cold and leave you wanting more. Their music, which is somewhere between indie, alternative, psychedelic and space rock, has not only been celebrated in the charts, but has also found favor in the film world, including the soundtrack to the award-winning film "Das finstere Tal". One or two Netflix series have also been accompanied by the sound of steaming satellites. In their search for a breath of fresh air, the Steaming Satellites are once again venturing into new dimensions. With the album "The Great Lime Paradigm", which will be released in fall 2026, the band led by singer-songwriter Max Borchardt presents a new side of itself. A little lighter, fresher and more carefree than ever before. Away with the ballast! The driving force was not to be overwhelmed by the heaviness of the world.
