The magazine Zehn Jahre nach dem "March of Hope" - Geschichten von und Perspektiven auf die "Balkanroute" by the Balkan Bridge initiative sheds light on the events along the so-called Balkan route since its politically proclaimed closure in 2016. The mechanisms of the European migration regime and solidarity networks in south-eastern Europe are made visible through interviews, experience reports and artistic interventions. This staged reading provides insights into what is happening on the ground and invites reflection and exchange.

Balkan Bridge is an association of civil society activists who draw attention to the situation of people on the move along the so-called "Balkan route" and human rights violations at the (external) borders of the European Union. As activists, many of them have done direct support work for people on the move in Greece, Bosnia and Serbia.
