Straßenfest Friedrichstraße

On Saturday, 13.06.2026 DIE FRIEDRICHS together with many active people from trade, commerce, gastronomy, city administration, network company, municipal utilities and various associations invite you to experience the new street between Düsseldorf Arcaden and Kirchplatz from 11:00 to 19:00. clubs from 11:00 to 19:00 to experience the newly designed street between Düsseldorf Arcaden and Kirchplatz.
District Mayor Dr. Thorsten Graeßner will open the festival at 12:30 pm at the DIE FRIEDRICHS stand.

The retail and catering activities offer a wide range of Malaysian specialties, barista coffee art, tombola, barbecue, bike check, coffee bike and a free tattoo of the street's namesake: Frederick the Great.

Musicians play at various points along the way.

There will be guided tours of the ICON by COVIVIO (formerly Herzogterrassen), St. Peter's Church and the emerging Brause cultural space of Metzgerei Schnitzel e.V., which will provide the church square with a DJ program.

On the northern church square, children will find the sports action bus and the play mob - on the southern square there is a creative painting offer for children and for adults a wall of wishes and futures.
