Street photography documents public life. It thrives on spontaneity and the photographer's fine powers of observation. The aim is to press the shutter release at the right time and capture life in the city.

Street art photography deals with the depiction of art of all kinds in our cities and streets. Street art is often illegal and protest - but still beautiful. Street art has often been commissioned from artists and sometimes supported with public funds - including EU funds.

In street art photography, we capture art in the city in a photograph.

This course shows many examples of street and street art photography and gives tips and practical advice on photography. As street photography often also depicts people, we will also take a brief look at the most important points of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
