Welcome to the Sunday Running Club :))
We run every Sunday - come rain or shine.
We meet in front of our store in Carlsstadt, then warm up together and run a relaxed lap with the best view of our beautiful Düsseldorf.
When:
8:45 am: 10 km
9:30 am: 5 km
Pace approx. 6:30-6:45 min/km
