Intuitive dancing and painting.

In a beautifully prepared dance and painting space, you can start again from scratch
and experiment without a goal or artistic expectations.

In dance, you can follow your impulses, trust your feelings and arrive in your body.
You can then let off steam with fluid colors and surrender to your flow of painting.

Can you already see how the colors glow and spread on the paper?

Your hands, brushes and your whole body can guide you to the rhythm of the music.
As you get more and more into your body, you will feel how your energy wants to guide you.

I will prepare the beautiful space, the musical sounds and a moving meditation to make it easier for you to arrive. Then I will be mindfully there for you.
