In the organizer's words:

Dear movement and dance enthusiasts,

the DJK Sportverband Köln and the Sportkirche Joseph träumt are offering a free dance program in the rooms of the church.

Whether with or without dance experience, everyone is welcome! The creative movement impulses are geared towards the participants. Everyone moves in a way that is individually possible and comfortable. The focus is on having fun.

Our theme is: Impression - Expression. We look at how we perceive ourselves, the music and our experiences, and how we can make all of this visible to the outside world: letting the body speak, translating feelings into movement, discovering new things and dancing.

Finally, there is the opportunity to take part in the participatory performance at the Geisselmarkt. Together we will develop simple, danceable games and movement ideas for everyone and get the Christmas market moving.

The dates can be attended individually; regular participation is not required. Everyone is welcome at any time!
