In this one-hour workshop, you give yourself time to discover your very own dance - without any pressure to perform. We move together, each in our own way, sometimes gently, sometimes wildly, sometimes calmly, sometimes playfully. Everything is allowed, nothing has to be.

It's not about dancing "properly", but about feeling yourself in the moment.

With simple impulses to music, I will accompany you through a space in which you can unfold freely - no matter how young or old, flexible or restricted, experienced in dance or tired of movement you are.

I am happy to receive an appreciative donation, but this is not obligatory. The guideline for those who have enough money is 10-20 euros. The donation will cover expenses and a portion will go towards the charitable activities of the St. Karl Association. If you don't have much, you can of course give less or take part free of charge.

Location: St. Karl Borromäus Church - upstairs in the large church hall, Zülpicherstraße 275, 50937 Cologne, directly at the 'Lindenburg' stop on KVB line 9. The church is set back a little on Redwitzstraße.
