Chianti meets Cologne!
The legendary Castello di Brolio from the Ricasoli family is one of the top wineries in the Chianti Classico DOCG. Francesco Ricasoli, then a photographer, now a wine baron, has created something very special for us: "Il Colle", a Cabernet Sauvignon from old, secret vines, exclusively for Cellar Selection.

Elegant, multi-layered and with fine-grained tannins - a wine that shows attitude and delights connoisseurs.

At 2,500 square meters, the Cologne Wine Cellar is one of the largest historic wine vaults in Germany. Via 51 steps or an elevator, you can descend 13 meters to almost 4,000 wines from around 800 wineries worldwide. Awarded "Wine Merchant of the Year 2025", our sommeliers make the difference: they advise, tell stories and accompany you at tastings, stand-up tastings or winemaker evenings. This is where expertise meets enjoyment - wine becomes an experience.
