After rising from the ashes of Thundermother with their powerful debut album Phoenix (2024) and most recently the single "Live And Let Go", The Gems are taking their next step into the "Year Of The Snake". The Swedish trio, who have positioned themselves as an important new player in modern hard rock, offer an impressive taste of what's to come with their latest single: a catchy showstopper, accompanied by bluesy vocals and heavy riffs that immediately get you dancing. The Gems look to the future.

The Gems on "Year Of The Snake": "2025 is the year of the snake and is all about transformation, renewal and wisdom. It's a time that encourages a thoughtful approach to life's changes and shedding old habits - like a snake sheds its skin. This song is about all those things, wrapped up in a very classic heavy metal sound."

Rock shooting stars The Gems consist of three former Thundermother members: the incomparable singer Guernica Mancini, drumming powerhouse Emlee Johansson and guitar-and-bass virtuoso Mona Lindgren. With their previous band, the three musicians from The Gems have already performed on the stages of the biggest festivals such as Wacken Open Air and the Sweden Rock Festival, and even toured with the mighty Scorpions. The new band, founded in 2023, impressed with their exceptionally anthemic debut album "Phoenix" as well as with shows throughout Europe, where they thrilled audiences with their impressive live energy.

On their upcoming "Slithering Through Europe" headlining tour, the trio will once again demonstrate their ability to thrill rock fans. They will accompany the Swiss King Zebra through Europe.
