The Life of Chuck

In the organizer's words:

In a small American town lives Charles "Chuck" Krantz (Tom Hiddleston), an ordinary accountant whose face is familiar from advertising and television. While the world outside is shaken by natural disasters and technological breakdowns, one thing above all remains in the town: a deep sense of gratitude towards Chuck. But who is this man that nobody really seems to know? The trail leads back to his childhood, to his grandmother (Mia Sara), who passed on her passion for dancing to him, and to his grandfather (Mark Hamill), who not only taught him the trade of bookkeeping, but also kept a secret surrounding a locked attic. The story raises a central question: Can the life of one person influence the course of the whole world?
