THEA KLAR & Band + LINGO DRONTE at Ilse's Erika!

Thea's music creates clarity so that it hurts, puts her finger in the wound and connects - sometimes accompanied by a versatile piano sound, embedded in warm guitar sounds and sometimes with a full band line-up. She sings about the happiness and injustice of this world, about the joy of imperfection and brokenness, about anger at avoidable misery. In short: indie pop with attitude and depth.

Lingo Dronte is a synth-pop duo from Leipzig and Wechselburg (Central Saxony). The two musicians Mittli and Linda played for many years as the singer/songwriter folk group "Miss Swallow and Me" until around 2017.

They reoriented themselves as Lingo Dronte - their music became more experimental and electronic. The first recordings and concerts were made in 2023.

Whether effectively minimalist piano arrangements or opulently layered synthesizers, the duo is not afraid of surprising twists and turns or danceable pop facets.
