To mark the 40th anniversary of Modern Talking, Thomas Anders will surprise his fans in March 2026 with a spectacular tour of Germany that celebrates the unforgettable hits of the legendary pop duo as well as other classics from the 80s. The "THOMAS ANDERS sings MODERN TALKING-Tour" is not only a loving tribute to the music of one of the most popular and influential decades in music, but also a premiere for the sensational new recordings of the first six Modern Talking albums. This makes the artist the first of his kind to reinterpret his complete early work and take it on tour!

Thomas Anders, one of the biggest icons of the 80s to this day, celebrated great international chart and tour success with his music as a solo artist after the final Modern Talking split in summer 2003. The 62-year-old thoroughbred musician has made his way as a singer and entertainer, but the unmistakable Modern Talking sound remains immortal and is still danced to all over the world today. The cult duo has sold over 125 million records around the world, and their music currently reaches more than 300 million listeners a year on streaming portals. With their countless hits, they have filled and continue to fill dancefloors everywhere - and have become the proverbial "Platinum Kings of Big Room Disco"!

Thomas Anders, known as the voice of Modern Talking, has re-recorded the hits from their first six albums under the title "THOMAS ANDERS sings MODERN TALKING". The first release (label: STARS by Edel) "The 1st Album" immediately shot into the Top 5 of the German album charts. These new interpretations in modern Dolby Atmos sound paired with the iconic sounds of the 80s are his homage to his time with Modern Talking and pay tribute to the great songs that Bohlen wrote and Anders sang. Following the release of the first album on March 7, 2025, which immediately hit the charts, five more album releases will follow later this year, featuring both iconic hits and new songs in the style of Modern Talking.
