Welcome to my feel-good place in the south of Leipzig. Here you can come to rest, let go and recharge your batteries.

My Shiatsu treatment is an invitation to feel yourself again and to give your body the attention it deserves.

Shiatsu is a gentle form of bodywork that helps you to reduce stress, calm your nervous system and regain your balance.

Each treatment is accompanied by pleasant fragrances, soft sounds and warming tea. This creates a holistic experience for all your senses . Here you can find out everything about the 1.5-hour treatment - from the foot bath to the final talk over tea.

Very often we try to solve our problems with our mind. Another and often more helpful approach is to work with the body.

Sei-ki is a wonderful way of getting in touch with the unconscious, stimulating self-regulation and finding solutions through self-awareness.
