Time to sing Goodbye – Karaoke mit Luis La Metta

The karaoke machine is fired up for the grand festival finale of the 12th edition of Politik im Freien Theater. On the last evening of the festival, Luis La Metta invites you to sing along and go crazy at the Schaubühne Lindenfels in the stage set of the theater guest performance "Bullseye" - between a dartboard and beer benches: For all those who would rather sing wrong than not at all.

For those for whom that's not enough, the party continues after midnight: in the neighboring Noch Besser Leben, a DJ set accompanies the audience through the last night of the festival - until the early hours of the morning to celebrate the finale in style.

Luis La Metta is an entertainer, karaoke icon and glitter-loving showmaster - a "solo entertainer of the heart", as he calls himself.

He grew up in Mühlhausen (Thuringia) and now lives in Dresden's Neustadt district, where he combines dazzling nostalgia with down-to-earth stage charm. His shows are a lovingly over-the-top mixture of living room concert, village disco and mini-musical - with a tinsel curtain, fog machine, Pfeffi bar and lots of heart. Whether on the city festival stage or behind the pub microphone: La Metta is never about perfection, but about real moments - weird sounds, loud emotions, shining eyes. Inspired by Loriot, flat-sharing parties and the longing for community, he turns every evening into a rousing pop production.
