In the organizer's words:

A convinced Marxist and left-wing activist unexpectedly inherits an old apartment and plunges into a deep crisis.

Having fallen victim to her bourgeois fate, the class traitor has no choice but to question her previous convictions and search for a new meaning in life within her newly inherited four walls.

"Wunschlos unglücklich" is a comic play by a person who knows nothing about theater, for people who think nothing about theater.

Driven by her enthusiasm for the ugly side of life, Toxische Pommes parodies social phenomena and likes to expose them where it hurts.

In addition to her satirical short videos, for which she was awarded the Austrian Cabaret Prize in 2024 and the Bavarian Cabaret Prize in 2025, she also performs on various stages in German-speaking countries. In 2024, her debut novel "Ein schönes Ausländerkind" was published by Zsolnay. After "Ketchup, Mayo & Ajvar", "Wunschlos unglücklich" is her second solo stage program.
