In the organizer's words:
Good friends are the most important thing in the world. They always know how each other is doing, help each other and are there for each other. But every great friendship starts very small. It is often a chance encounter that brings us together: You meet someone at the playground, the neighbor drops by for a quick visit - or, if you're really lucky, a little turtle falls on your head.
In this competition program, animated films tell of precisely such moments: of getting to know each other, of growing together and of how small encounters can turn into something really big.
