That's what happened to Belgian rock dandies Triggerfinger, who took Belgian and Dutch audiences and number 1 in the charts by storm with their extraordinary cover version of "I Follow Rivers". Triggerfinger have become a real crowd-puller and an internationally acclaimed cult band at festivals such as Pink Pop and Haldern Pop and have also played sold-out shows in legendary clubs such as Amsterdam's Paradiso.

Their trademark: a highly explosive signature sound mix of blues, hard rock, stoner rock, blues and pop. The band around singer and guitarist Ruben Block constantly adds various unexpected stylistic elements: "It's like ZZ Top meeting up with INXS and Roxy Music to jam - only cooler," they say themselves, although the trio remains typically Triggerfinger at all times. An unpredictable contrasting mixture of melody and aggression, hard rock dirt and sexy glam, groove and funk.

Triggerfinger toured the globe for almost four years with their multi-platinum 2010 album "All This Dancin' Around" and the top 1 single "I Follow Rivers", an acoustic cover of Lykke Li's super hit, which was also showered with precious metal. In 2012, they received four of the coveted Belgian Music Industry Awards.
