Treat yourself to a conscious time-out in the middle of the city and immerse yourself in the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). In this urban day retreat, we combine yoga, breathwork and mindfulness with the 5 elements of TCM - wood, fire, earth, metal and water. Each element is connected to specific organs, emotions and energy pathways (meridians) in the body. Through a mindful yoga practice, meridian stretches, breathing exercises and meditation, we explore how the life energy Qi can flow more freely again. You will learn how to better perceive your energy system and how to support it in everyday life. This afternoon will give you space to let go, recharge and find balance.
