Ursula Wienken - Bachelorkonzert

In the organizer's words:

Between the poppy fields of southern Poland and the waters of Catalonia, bassist Ursula Wienken (*2001) looks back on five years of music studies in Cologne - which culminate in this concert. Between Zurich-Wipkingen and Cologne-Hansaring, she writes music that reflects on this time, takes up new impulses and forges links between origins and new beginnings. Together with musicians from Barcelona's jazz scene
Frederica Silva (vocals), Xavier Maldonado (tenor saxophone), Sebastian Norén (guitar) and Marius Koopmann (drums) - she presents a new program with songs, sketches and pieces between playful music, songwriting and free play.
